Steffie Genevieve,  MSW, LICSW, CDP  (509) 850-5991
Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker
10103 N Division St., Suite #200-B, Spokane, WA 99218
Location: Whitworth Professional Center north of the Y
General Practice Area: Good therapy recognizes that we are greater than the problem believing people grow, heal, and transform. Change occurs when we experience grace through awareness of self, challenging old beliefs, learning new skills, and letting go of pain. My task and privilege is to assist you in the process. So to that end I will work with you in a collaborative way in a human to human connection to provide the foundation for change. I take a holistic approach viewing the body, mind, and spirit as interrelated. I work with individuals, couples, and other relationships addressing a range of issues.  I am a certified addiction specialist. I work with depression, anxiety, grief/loss, trauma, life transitions, relationship conflicts, anger, work stress, addiction and other related issues. I have experience working with military service members and their families. My approach is individualized and based on your strengths. Transpersonal Psychotherapy views the individual as a whole seeking a balanced development, Holistic Psychotherapy focusing on the relationship a person has with their world and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy provides a correlation between beliefs, feelings, and thoughts. I am a provider for a number of insurances and am able to bill for out-of-network benefits. [ Email Steffie Genevieve ]
